AWESOME EXOTIC'S PURCHASE AGREEMENT

Purchaser agrees to take good care of and respect this animal. This animal must have a clean and healthy environment, lots of love, and must not be neglected in any way.

Awesome Exotic's requires a $100.00 NON REUNDABLE deposit. The purpose for a deposit is to commit to purchasing an animal(s). Therefore, if you DO NOT commit to purchasing the animal(s) being purchased, deposit(s) will be NON REFUNDABLE. For any reason, the animal is not available for shipment, Awesome Exotic's will gladly refund your deposit(s).Purchaser agrees to pay the $100.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit on the animal that he/she is purchasing from Awesome Exotic's. The $100.00 deposit will be applied to your purchase.

There is a 48 hour guarantee on our animals from the time purchase receives shipment of the animal from the airport. If anything happens to the animal within the 48 hour guarantee period, purchaser must contact Awesome Exotic's within 24 hours. If an animal dies of natural causes within the 48 hour guarantee period, purchaser must have an autopsy performed by a licensed veterinarian. Awesome Exotic's reserves the right to accept or deny refunds at its own discretion. Purchaser is responsible for all costs associated with the autopsy or any veterinarian charges regardless of whether or not a refund is granted. Autopsy results must be sent to Awesome Exotic's before any refund can be given. Awesome Exotic's reserves the right to independent veterianary consultation concerning any reports or records received. Purchaser understands that Awesome Exotic's is NOT responsible for any shipping charges or for refunding any shipping charges. Purchaser understands that if something should go wrong with this animal, while in their care and is their fault, purchaser will take full responsibility for this animal. Purchaser shall continue feeding the same formula/food to newborn animals that was fed by Awesome Exotic's. If purchaser decides to substitute another type of formula/food and if something should go wrong (like stomach problems, ect...) with the animal, Awesome Exotic's will NOT be held responsible.

Purchaser is responsible for checking with his or her state, county, and municipal rules and regulations concerning exotic animals before purchasing any exotic animal from Awesome Exotic's. Awesome Exotic's assumes no liability or responsibility for legal actions resulting from the purchase of any animal.

Awesome Exotic's will NOT ship out any animals until the purchase price and shipping fee is paid in full.

NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES OF ANY KIND ARE EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED OTHER THAT THOSE SPECIFICALLY INDICATED IN THIS PURCHASE AGREEMENT. AWESOME EXOTIC'S IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE, INJURY, DISEASE, ALLERGIC REACTIONS, OR ANY OTHER PROBLEMS CAUSED BY THE PURCHASE OF ANY ANIMAL. AWESOME EXOTIC'S RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY SALE TO ANY PARTY OR PERSON AT ANY TIME AT ITS OWN DISCRETION.
